Printing shipping labels are part of our handling process and may indicate that orders have shipped. The actual delivery time for a shipment starts when USPS or UPS records “Acceptance” of the package and not when shipping labels are printed. EXCHANGES: Exchanges are only allowed during the 14-day return period. Items being returned must not be damaged and are in resalable condition. Customers pay for price difference and all shipping costs involved. Example: Buyer wants to exchange the 2-screw plate holder (Riser section only) for a 4-screw plate holder (Riser section only) OPTION 1: Order the 4-screw Riser for $24.99 (retail value) plus shipping. Ship back the 2-screw Riser. When the 2-screw Riser is received $15 will be refunded which then equal to the original upgrade price of $9.99 offered when the bracket was being purchased. OPTION 2: Return the 2-screw Riser within 14 days. When it returns to Sly Brackets, we will provide a link to order the 4-screw Riser and to pay the $9.99 upgrade price originally offered when purchasing the bracket plus shipping.
